ABOUT BETA CHECK HUB

A small design house.
Experienced hands on the work.

Beta Check Hub is a new independent business led by an experienced audio and technology practitioner. We bring audio, code and design together for products and experiences that need more than one isolated specialism.

Based around Surrey, Sutton and London.
Working with clients worldwide.

THE HONEST VERSION

The company is new.
The practice behind it is not.

Beta Check Hub is a startup, not a long-established agency under a new description. The studio is built on prior hands-on work across audio production, broadcast, software, websites, digital products and game development.

Our work pages separate current Beta Check Hub projects, founder-owned products, demonstrations and professional experience delivered before the company’s launch. We describe the contribution and project status directly, without turning association into endorsement.

HOW THE STUDIO WORKS

Senior attention from the first useful question.

We begin by understanding what needs to change: the user decision, operational bottleneck, product idea or listening requirement. Only then do we decide whether the answer belongs mainly in audio, code, design or a combination.

The studio stays deliberately hands-on. Specialist collaborators can be brought into a defined role when a project needs additional depth, but responsibility and communication remain clear.

WORKING PRINCIPLES

Less distance between the question and the answer.

01

Direct involvement

The person discussing the problem stays close to the design and delivery. Important context is not passed through layers of account management.

02

The smallest credible route

We can recommend discovery, an existing platform, integration or a focused production instead of forcing every brief into a large custom build.

03

Connected decisions

When a brief combines product, interface, software and sound, those decisions are considered together rather than repaired after separate handovers.

04

Clear ownership

Scope, access, acceptance, third-party services, handover and ongoing responsibilities are agreed before they become assumptions.

A BETTER FIRST CONVERSATION

Show us the real problem.

A voice or video call lets us see the current product, workflow or technical constraint in context. That is more useful than beginning with a feature list built on assumptions.

  • Business goal and intended users
  • Existing product, process or material
  • Constraints, dependencies and approvals
  • A clear recommendation for the next step

GOVERNANCE & CONFIDENTIALITY

Creative work with practical boundaries.

Projects should define scope, decision-makers, access, acceptance, changes, rights and handover. If sensitive plans or source material need discussing, we can agree an NDA before the detailed conversation.

Security, accessibility, supplier-onboarding and data-handling requirements should be raised early so they can shape the plan. We will also say when a specialist audit, certification or regulated adviser sits outside our role.
