Project overview

Housing Connect is a housing-management system designed around tenants and staff. The demonstration brings safeguarding, payments, operational activity and analytics into role-specific workspaces.

The challenge

Different people need different information and permissions. Tenant access, staff responsibilities and operational reporting need to belong to one coherent system rather than disconnected records.

Our involvement

  • Safeguarding workflows and payment management
  • Tenant login and multiple staff logins
  • Role-based operational workspaces
  • In-depth analytics and reporting views

Technology

A web-based operational platform provides separate tenant and staff access, role-focused dashboards, safeguarding workflows, payment management and analytical reporting. The demonstration environment uses sample data rather than live resident records.

Design and engineering

Administrative, maintenance and tenant journeys are separated so each person sees the work, evidence and actions relevant to their role. Safeguarding information and payment activity sit within the wider operational picture instead of being isolated in disconnected records.

Testing and delivery

The demonstration can be walked through using sample resident, property and service data. Role-based screens make the intended responsibilities and information boundaries visible without exposing live personal data.

Result and current status

The project produced a connected housing-management demonstration covering tenant access, multiple staff roles, safeguarding, payments and detailed operational analytics.
